Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy long-sleeve shirts and knitted vests from BRIAN CLAY FERRINI through this store. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order if the garment is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order by our payment processor. We do not store card details.
Product information
We describe each garment from the piece we checked, including fibre content, measurements in inches and what is included. Each shirt is described by fabric weight, sleeve length and the exact body measurement across the chest, so the fit is known before the parcel arrives. Small differences in colour can appear between screens and the garment itself. The written description on the product page is the description you can rely on.
Fabric and care
Our garments are made in cotton poplin, brushed flannel and a cotton-modal blend. Wash cold on a gentle cycle or by hand, do not bleach, line dry in shade, and iron on low while slightly damp. Knitted pieces should be dried flat. Follow the care label sewn into the garment where it differs from this page.
Fit and sizing
Measurements are taken flat, in inches, with the garment buttoned or zipped as it is worn. Allow for the natural give of the fabric. If a size sits between two measurements, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and images on this store belong to BRIAN CLAY FERRINI or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
